Job summary

Connor Consulting International is seeking a Manager to lead royalty and licensing audits across the EMEA region. The role focuses on contract interpretation, data analytics, audit execution, and client relationship management.

You will supervise teams, mentor staff, and drive process improvements while coordinating with clients and licensees globally. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accountancy; MBA/CPA/CA is a plus but not required.
• 6+ years in Professional Services.
• Experience in royalty and licensing auditing.
• Big 4 auditing background preferred but not required.
• Strong client references and business understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform all facets of audits for existing clients, including planning and execution.
• Perform extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution and client initiatives.
• Manage audit KPIs, deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Prepare and review client deliverables: reports and calculations.
• Demonstrate understanding of client businesses, technologies and risks.
• Supervise and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews and training.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team.
• Develop and maintain relationships to generate revenue and expand services.
• Identify opportunities for new services and improve processes.
• Participate in sales pursuits for royalty and license compliance.
• Assist in development and implementation of operational policies.
