Job summary

Atari is seeking a Consolidation Manager & Technical Accountant to lead IFRS consolidations for the Group, coordinating with international teams and the annual audit cycle. You will own the consolidation process, advise on complex transactions, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across entities.

You will build robust processes, maintain accounting policies across IFRS/US GAAP considerations, and partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to drive efficient close cycles.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading group consolidations under IFRS.
• Strong technical accounting for complex transactions and papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS consolidation for the Group.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage annual external audit cycle.
