Job summary

Bethphage is seeking a 37.5-hour per week admin role with hybrid working. You will indirectly support multiple services and, on occasions, provide direct support to cover shifts and on-call duties. Remote administration plus field presence are expected as needed.

You will work closely with the Roving Service Manager to keep services running smoothly, maintain high care standards, and ensure compliance with Bethphage policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year.
• Good communication skills and able to listen.
• Organised and methodical working approach.
• Health & Social care level 3
• Good IT knowledge/skills/systems.
• Be able to work using their own initiative and without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support remotely and on-site as required.
• Cover shifts and participate in on-call rota.
• Assist day-to-day management and operation of Roving Support Team.
• Uphold care quality and compliance with Bethphage policies.

37.5 hours admin per week Hybrid working, with some direct support to cover shifts and on call duties

Full-time salary £29,214 per annum

This is a peripatetic role, offering the opportunity to work across any of Bethphage's existing or future services. As the position is primarily administrative remotely, there may be occasions when direct support is required to meet service needs. Working closely with the Roving Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and operation of the Roving Support Team, helping to ensure services run smoothly and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, quality, and compliance in line with Bethphage's policies and procedures, and will participate in the on-call rota as required.

This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who is flexible, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality support that enhances the lives of the people we support. Essential Requirements:

• Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle.
