Job summary

Saipem in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, is seeking a dedicated ROV Crewing Assistant to support crew planning and related administration for offshore projects.

You will collaborate with the ROV Crewing Team to ensure staff selection, certificates and training are up to date, while covering holidays and maintaining Saipem's CAAS processes. The role offers hybrid working from our Aberdeen office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced industry.
• Experience in Personnel Logistics or Crewing is preferable.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and supporting the selection of ROV staff and agency personnel for offshore projects.
• Provide administrative support for project-specific requirements.
• Provide holiday cover for the ROV Crewing Coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with the Saipem ROV Personnel Competence Scheme (CAAS).
• Update 3VM to assign staff and agency personnel with the Crewing team.
• Liaise with offshore ROV teams, HR, Training/CAAS, and Project Managers to confirm required certificates and training.
• Establish understanding of individual ROV employee strengths.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department.
