Qualifikationen

• Holder of NEBOSH or relevant health and safety qualifications.
• Proven experience in facilities management.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and implementing the total facilities management contract.
• Maintain and enhance facilities services strategy for workplace locations nationwide.
• Oversee maintenance of workplace environment in compliance with safety policies and contracts.
• Advise on expenditure for maintenance and renewal of workplace environment.
• Develop relationships with wider business and customer teams for knowledge sharing.
• Maintain database information for each building with costs and business cases.
• Assess repairs, renewals and improvements considering costs and lease obligations.
• Oversee, report and audit utility consumption to identify efficiencies.
