Job summary

Westmorland & Furness Council in Carlisle is seeking a housing officer to support homelessness prevention initiatives and deliver statutory housing duties. You will work with partners across housing, health, social care and criminal justice to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

You will manage complex cases, coordinate multi-agency interventions, and help develop sustainable housing solutions to improve outcomes and end rough sleeping. A DBS check is required.
