Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) is seeking a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist to join our responsive and supportive teams across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales.

You will rotate every 6 months between in-patient, community and MSK outpatient physiotherapy settings, delivering high-quality care to adults and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams. A BSc/Diploma in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Registered with HCPC and a BSc/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Evidence of CPD.
• Relevant clinical courses and ability to travel across a wide geographical area.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy treatments to adults in multiple care settings.
• Undertake assessments and adapt to changing patient and service needs.
• Be an integral member of the Integrated Care Team delivering multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain professional development and registration.
