Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist with UK registration (HCPC).
• Experience in community settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver group sessions and home visits as required.
• Coordinate discharge planning with MDT and care partners.
