Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Basingstoke is seeking a Rotational Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our therapy team. You will rotate every 4 months across ITU, surgery, ED, medical, cardiology, elderly care, MSK out-patients, orthopaedics including trauma and elective, stroke, rehabilitation and paediatrics, under supervision from senior clinicians.

You will contribute to evidence-based care, participate in on-call training, and benefit from a multidisciplinary preceptorship

Qualifications

• An enthusiastic and driven Band 5 Physiotherapist to rotate across multiple clinical areas.
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn, with a passion for patient care.
• Willingness to participate in on-call training and 7-day working as required.
• Flexible working and part-time requests will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat a variety of conditions across all core rotations.
• Work as part of a wider therapy team to promote evidence-based care.
• Contribute to service improvement projects and collaborate with Band 5 peers and mentors.
• Engage in the multidisciplinary Preceptorship programme for newly qualified Band 5s.
