Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust in Wolverhampton is looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician (Band 4) to contribute to a busy pharmacy department. You will partake in drug history taking, supply and dispensing, and provide stock control across inpatient and ward settings.

Be prepared for a rota system including weekends and bank holidays. Must have NVQ 3/BTEC or equivalent and GPHC registration or be eligible to register with the GPhC.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting or as a student/qualified technician.
• GPHC registration or ability to register within 6 months.
• Willingness to work across a busy pharmacy department with rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Support rotational pharmacy team in in-patient dispensation, ward work and near-patient dispensing.
• Assist with procurement, stock control and distribution within the department.
• Train and supervise assistants and students as part of the role.
