Qualifications

• Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Non-medical prescriber (or willing to undertake training).

Responsibilities

• Provides a clinical pharmacy service to allocated areas, internally and externally.
• Supports the development and implementation of strategies to improve services to patients admitted to the Trust.
• Participates in dispensary and on-call rota cycles and supports training of staff.
