Job Opportunity at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, a leading teaching hospital, offers acute care to a population of approximately one million. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Pharmacist position (37.5 hours/week), with an interview scheduled for 22nd May 2025. We welcome applications from Trainee Pharmacists qualifying in August 2025 seeking their first pharmacist role.

Role Overview

• Join a team of rotational pharmacists working across various hospital pharmacy departments.
• Gain experience in diverse clinical specialties and pharmacy services.
• Participate in a structured training program tailored to your experience, including support from senior pharmacists and postgraduate diploma opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Work Schedule and Benefits

This role involves 7-day working, including 1 in 10 weekends and at least one bank holiday per year. Band 6 pharmacists are expected to participate in on-call duties with additional pay.
