NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a newly qualified or established Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our Rotational scheme across NHSGGC's acute sites. You will rotate through services at QEUH, Gartnavel, Beatson, Glasgow Royal Infirmary and other locations, delivering patient-centred care and contributing to service development.

• Flexible, enthusiastic and strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy interventions and developing clinical practice.
• Supportive environment with opportunities including Flying Start programme and regular on-site supervision.
• Essential HCPC registration; Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy; driving licence desirable; PVG Scheme/Disclosure Scotland clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate OT interventions to support rehabilitation and maximise independence.
• Manage a varied caseload while delivering high-quality patient-centred care.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans and discharge arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to clinical reporting and service requirements.
• Participate in rotational placements across acute services including stroke, orthopaedics, neurology and medicine.
• Contribute to service development, clinical governance and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Support education and development activities for students and staff.
