St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 5 Occupational Therapists to join the acute therapy teams. Rotations include hospital and community settings across Surgery, Vascular, Older People’s Services, Oncology/ Specialist Medicine, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Stroke, Neurosurgery, Neurorehabilitation and Social Services.

You will carry a clinical caseload, provide client-centred therapy, and work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered OT with degree in occupational therapy.
• Open to new graduates or Band 5s with post-registration experience.
• Able to work within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varied caseloads.

Responsabilités

• Carry a clinical caseload across service lines and determine OT treatment.
• Provide client-centred OT to a defined caseload within MDT.
• Supervise support staff and engage in service audits.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team delivering direct patient intervention (one-to-one and group sessions).
• Contribute to admin tasks such as equipment loans management and information gathering.
• Participate in seven day working and rostered weekends within STAR/Haem-Oncology.
