Job summary
UHNM is seeking a Band 6 Diagnostic Radiographer to rotate between General X-ray and CT at Stafford County Hospital Imaging Department. You will work within a dynamic trust environment, delivering high-quality imaging and contributing to service development.
The role offers a tailored training programme, opportunities to lead on imaging duties, and flexibility in shifts and on-call working. A post-qualification NHS experience and knowledge of CR/DR systems are essential.
Qualifications
- BSc Diagnostic Radiography or DCR is required.
- Evidence of in-house training in leadership or modality related.
- Post-qualification NHS experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Rotate between General X-ray and CT as part of a flexible imaging team.
- Support a tailored training programme including IV cannulation.
- Lead and supervise junior staff when required.
- Contribute to 24/7 rosters and on-call cover.
