Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking Band 6 Diagnostic Radiographers to rotate between General X-ray and CT in the County Hospital Imaging Department in Stafford. The role offers a varied rotation, supported by a tailored training programme including IV cannulation, and opportunities to develop as clinical experts within a dynamic imaging directorate.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a radiographer.
• Band 5 ready to progress to Band 6 within imaging directorate.
• Willingness to rotate between General X-ray and CT as part of a tailored training programme.
• IV cannulation training or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between General X-ray and CT imaging as part of a flexible rotation.
• Carry out a range of imaging examinations to high quality standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain safe patient care.
• Contribute to the department's training programme and clinical development.
