Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a radiographer at Band 6 for a fixed-term maternity cover (12 months). The post involves rotation through CT, interventional radiology and general X-ray, with opportunities to work across imaging sites and support a 7-day service using state-of-the-art equipment.

The role requires out-of-hours, weekend and night shifts depending on rotations; NHS values and a commitment to compassionate excellence underpin the service and patient

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) degree in Radiography or equivalent.
• State registered radiographer with current registration.
• Experience managing workloads in a busy department.
• Knowledge of GE imaging platforms and systems.
• Evidence of personal development in radiography.
• IV cannulation course or competency.

Responsabilités

• Work across modalities including CT, Interventional Radiology and General X-ray.
• Support and develop a 7-day radiography service across OUH sites.
• Rotation based on experience and service requirements including PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine where appropriate.
• Out of hours, weekend and night shifts will be required depending on rotations.
