Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Pharmacist to join a development pathway from Band 6 to 7, delivering clinical pharmacy services across wards and the dispensary. You will participate in medicines optimisation, information provision, and ward-based discharge support.

Role includes supervision of trainees, teaching, and contributing to medicines information, audits, and guideline development within a Trust-wide framework.

Formación

• Professional knowledge through a vocational degree in pharmacy.
• Registered with GPhC and committed to CPD.
• Experience delivering NHS pharmacy services is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical pharmacy services on rotation to acute medical, surgical, emergency and critical care units.
• Support medicines information and discharge planning, including discharge medicines service.
• Supervise pre-registration pharmacists and trainees; provide teaching to staff.
