Are you a motivated pharmacist looking to broaden your clinical experience and take the next step in your career? Join our friendly pharmacy team at Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol.

We are recruiting 21 rotational Band 6 pharmacists offering experience across surgery, respiratory, cardiology, medical admissions, neurology, stroke, medicines information and technical services.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Pharmacy or equivalent (BPharm/BSc Pharmacy).
• Successful completion of the trainee year and registration exam.
• Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, evidence-based pharmaceutical care and resolve medicines-related issues.
• Support appropriate use of medicines per formulary and Trust policies.
• Conduct medicines reconciliation and discharge screening, and advise patients and staff.
• Contribute to medicines information, QA and departmental audits.
• Support dispensary/ward/rotas and EDC commitments.

Formation

Masters Degree in Pharmacy

GPhC registration

Trainee year completed and registration exam
