Job summary

Flexjet in Farnborough is seeking a Rotary Operations Controller to plan, coordinate and execute helicopter flight operations with a strong focus on safety, compliance and customer service. You will work within the Operations Control Centre, ensuring efficient scheduling, real-time support, and seamless coordination with crews and external partners.

The role requires experience in aviation operations, knowledge of CAA/EASA regulations and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Control role within an aviation environment.
• Strong knowledge of CAA/EASA regulations and Flight Time Limitations (FTL).
• Experience in flight planning, scheduling, and real‑time operational support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily flight schedules in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Monitor live operations and provide real‑time support to flight crews, including weather analysis and routing.
• Coordinate aircraft availability, maintenance inputs, and MEL restrictions.
