We are looking for an organised and proactive Rota Co-ordinatorto join our busy Orthopaedic team based at RDE Wonford Site PEOC Department, working alongside another Rota Co-ordinator to help deliver effective staffing support across the department.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where excellent communication, planning and organisational skills are essential. You will be responsible for coordinating medical staffing rotas, ensuring safe and effective cover, managing absences, supporting clinical teams and maintaining accurate records and systems.
You’ll work closely with Consultants, Junior Doctors, Managers, HR and multi-disciplinary teams, providing high-quality administrative support while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
