Babcock International in Rosyth is launching a two-year Supply Chain Planning Graduate Programme to develop future leaders in demand, supply and operations planning. You will rotate through planning roles and gain hands-on experience with material flows, supplier performance and S&OP processes.

The programme offers structured support, mentoring and opportunities to earn professional accreditation, with a clear path into a permanent planning role on completion.

Qualifications

• You must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a Bachelor's or Master's degree with demonstrable interest in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Learn demand, supply and operations planning to support complex projects.
• Analyse material flows and review supplier performance.
• Respond to part shortages and support real-time production priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasts and optimise supply routes.
