Job summary

N Family Club in St Albans, Hertfordshire is seeking a Room Manager to lead our Nursery Education team. You will manage a room with expert Educators, drive the curriculum, and ensure outstanding care and development for every child.

You will mentor staff, shape daily routines, collaborate with parents, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards as part of our ambitious growth as the UK’s loved early years group.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.
