In this role, you will inspire your team, ensure exceptional delivery of the N Curriculum, and maintain a positive environment for children. You should have proven leadership experience, a Level 3 Early Years qualification, and strong communication skills. • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional early years education through the play-based N Curriculum.
• Manage daily routines smoothly, ensuring all children’s needs are met.
• Oversee planning, observations, and assessments for all children.
