Job summary

N Family Club is seeking a Room Manager to lead a team of Educators in our Maidenhead nursery. You will champion our learning-through-play approach and ensure exceptional care and education across the room.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team of educators.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators in one nursery room.
• Drive teaching through play and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Be a role model for outstanding care and education, inspiring your team.
• Champion continuous improvement and maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards.
• Shape the daily routine of your room and manage transitions.
