Job summary

N Family Club in Wimbledon is seeking a Room Manager to lead a passionate team of Educators in a nursery environment. You will champion a curriculum-led approach, drive high standards of care, and help children thrive through creative learning experiences.

You will guide staff development, manage daily routines, and build strong partnerships with parents while upholding safeguarding and wellbeing standards. Prior EY leadership and Level 3 qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Experience leading and coaching a team in an educational setting.
• Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training up to date.
• Passion for education and developing young children.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming environment and lead a team of educators.
• Implement the N Curriculum and learning through play ethos.
• Coach and motivate staff with regular feedback and development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and monitor child progress.
• Embed safeguarding, health and safety standards across the room.
