Job summary

Join N Family Club in Redhill as Nursery Room Manager. Lead an incredible team of Educators in a room focused on a curriculum-led, child-centred approach. You will drive our WIGs, uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards, and deliver outstanding care.

You’ll champion a learning-through-play ethos, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with parents to support every child’s development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Background in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and willingness to update that training regularly.
• Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook.
• Solid decision-making to support and achieve Wildly Important Goals.
• Strong ability to communicate with parents and carers.
