About the role:

Pre-School Room Manager

Your journey with us will be a stepping stone towards becoming a leading childcare professional. We are flexible with days worked and consider a 4-day working week.

What will the role involve?

• Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
• Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
• Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
