Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool in Fleet is seeking a Room Leader with a Level 3 in Early Years to lead a team and deliver exceptional care and education. You will ensure child welfare, health and safety, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and wider legislative requirements for working with children.
