Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood is recruiting a Room Leader to lead a team in a recently refurbished nursery near Hinchley Wood Station. You will support children to meet milestones, ensure safety and welfare, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

Applicants should hold a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification and have experience in a related setting, with safeguarding knowledge and the ability to foster inclusive, engaging learning environments. DBS checks apply.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/ carers.
• Safeguarding and wider legislative requirements for working with children.
