Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood, Esher, Surrey, is recruiting a passionate Room Leader for the Baby room to deliver exceptional care and education in a newly refurbished setting.

You will lead a team, promote child welfare and safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals. Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to foster inclusive learning environments.
• Excellent communication with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
