Bright Horizons Northgate House Day Nursery and Preschool in Beaconsfield is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and education for young children.

You will uphold child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, while fostering strong partnerships with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development. The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and EYFS knowledge.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or related role.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding in the room.
• Maintain strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs.
