Bright Horizons Brindley House Day Nursery in Beaconsfield, HP9 1PB, is seeking a Room Leader to guide our 1-2 year olds and lead a caring, skilled team in a warm, safe environment.

You will hold a full Level 3 Early Years qualification, bring EYFS knowledge, foster safeguarding, and collaborate with parents and professionals to support every child's milestones. We offer generous leave, pensions, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust and partnerships with staff and parents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
