Job summary

Bright Horizons Teddies Woking is seeking a Room Leader to supervise and develop a team delivering high-quality care and education for children in Woking. The role requires a level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification and strong EYFS safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust with staff, children, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding within the room.
• Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals to meet each child's needs.
