Job summary

MiChild Group is hiring for a Room Leader/Room Manager at Heathside Nursery in Runcorn. The role requires 40 hours per week with shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm, starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification and be compliant with UK requirements.
• Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding within early years settings.
• Flexible and reliable with a passion for providing high-quality education and care.
• Commitment to promoting the company ethos and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.
• Maintain safeguarding of all children, staff and families in the setting.
• Collaborate with team to create a fun, engaging learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with nursery policies and health and safety guidelines.
