MiChild Group is seeking a Room Leader/Room Manager for Heathside Nursery in Weston area, starting January 2027. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, across shifts from 7:30am to 6pm, with safeguarding responsibilities and a strong EYFS focus.

We are in Runcorn WA7, near the Heath office’s and local to Heath Park. We are also local to several commuting routes such as the shopping city, and Runcorn old town,10mins walk to Runcorn train station and local to many more local locations.
Our Setting has had a full refurbishment, and recently our baby garden has had a full re-design. We are lucky enough to have two very large outdoor spaces, offering our children and staff countless opportunities to engage in outdoor activities in natural environments in the great outdoors. We have on site parking facilities.
This is a full time position, 40 hours per week based on the settings shift patterns between the hours or 7.30am and 6pm.
