MiChild Group Meadow Nursery in Blackpool, Lancashire is seeking a Room Leader / Room Manager to lead a busy early years room. You will work with a team to deliver high standards of care and development in line with EYFS.

The role requires a full Level 3 Early Years qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and proven Room Leader experience. The position offers a competitive salary from £13.50 per hour, rotating shifts, and access to MiChild benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Demonstrates safeguarding knowledge and awareness.
