Job summary

Connected Recruitment Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with prior Room Leader experience. You will manage a small team, plan diverse activities, and create engaging learning environments across themed spaces for eight nurseries.

The role emphasises safeguarding, strong EYFS knowledge, and delivering high-quality early education while supporting staff development and career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience as a Room Leader
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and children’s learning and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivation, innovation and a positive outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate a small team
• Plan a wide range of educational activities and create engaging learning environments
• Showcase the room to prospective parents
• Build excellent relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Deliver the Learning through Play ethos and safeguard children
