Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Room Leader for a nurturing nursery in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team of practitioners, deliver high-quality Early Years provision, and ensure EYFS standards are met.

You will work closely with parents, plan engaging activities, and contribute to continuous improvement. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or childcare and leadership experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation of the designated nursery room.
• Coach and mentor Early Years team members.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities in line with EYFS.
• Monitor children's development and maintain observations and assessments.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.
