Job summary

Little Pioneers is seeking a Room Manager to lead and support a team, ensuring high standards of care and early education. You will work with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to drive compliance, engagement and outstanding outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)

Responsibilities

• As Room Manager you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results.
• You are responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance within your team.
• You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
