Job summary

Little Pioneers is seeking a Room Manager who will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to drive compliance, engagement and exceptional outcomes for children. You will lead, guide and support your team to deliver high-quality care and early education with strong performance standards.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
• Someone that is open, honest and compassionate.
• Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.

Responsibilities

• As Room Manager you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results.
• You are responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance within your team.
• You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
