Academics Ltd. is seeking a Room Leader for its prestigious independent school’s vibrant nursery in Tonbridge. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring a happy, stimulating environment where every child can thrive and grow within the EYFS framework.

The role requires Level 3 EY qualification or equivalent, at least 2 years in nursery settings, and a strong focus on safeguarding. Salary depends on qualifications and experience, with a policy-aligned pay scale.

Academics are currently supporting a prestigious independent school who are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Room Leader to join its vibrant, family-focused nursery.
