Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a full-time Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our 92-place setting in Farnham. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education for every child in the room.

You will promote safeguarding, health and safety, and maintain strong partnerships with parents and professionals to support children’s milestones and development under EYFS guidance.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous Room Leader/leadership experience in an EY setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding in the room.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet children's needs.
