Job summary

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool in Fleet is seeking a Room Leader with a Level 3 in early years. You will lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education for every child while upholding child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting – Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.
