Job summary

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Soundwell, Bristol, part of Grandir UK Limited, is seeking a Room Leader for the 0–2 years room. You'll lead a team, provide high-quality care and learning experiences, and support children's development in a safe, nurturing environment.

We offer 40 hours per week, full-time, with a salary of £27,664–£30,160 per annum plus regular pay reviews and extensive benefits including enhanced family and wellbeing packages.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an early years setting, ideally with babies.
• Experience supporting or leading a team, or the motivation to take the next step into leadership.
• A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A caring, positive approach and a genuine passion for early years education.

At Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Soundwell, we are looking for a caring and motivated Room Leader for our 0–2 years room to join our friendly team.

Our nursery offers a warm, welcoming environment with bright, open‑plan rooms, a sensory room and beautiful gardens. We follow the Curiosity Approach, encouraging children to explore, discover and develop their confidence through play and exciting learning experiences.

With activities including sensory play, outdoor adventures, creative arts and our Health & Self programme, you will help our youngest children take their first steps on their learning journey.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and supporting the team within the 0–2 years room.
