Job summary

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Soundwell, part of Grandir UK Limited, is seeking an Early Years Educator. You will care for, support and inspire young children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive each day.

Salary range £26,437–£28,808 plus a £1,000 welcome bonus, with strong benefits and opportunities for progression within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a nursery setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to deliver required standards.
• Ensure implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers.
• Ensure practice and provision meet EYFS requirements.
• Provide professional feedback to parents/carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure staff maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.

What will you be doing

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
