Job summary

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Fareham is seeking a Room Leader to oversee rooms, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality care in line with EYFS. The role offers a structured career path within Grandir UK and a salary of £27,664-£29,536 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

Location and Travel

We are located on Gosport Road, near the beautiful Hoeford Lake in Fareham. The nursery is just off the main road, with multiple bus stops nearby for easy access.
