Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Exeter is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Room Leader in Exeter to join our team. You will care for and support children, inspiring curiosity and helping them thrive daily.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.

What You Will Be Doing
