Job summary

Kiddi Caru Soundwell Nursery, part of Grandir UK Limited, in Bristol, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity, and helping them thrive every day.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

About Our Nursery

Dedicated, long-standing team of caring and hardworking individuals committed to providing high-quality care for our children.

Open-plan nursery is bright, airy, and designed for free exploration Playrooms are interconnected via sliding doors, allowing our team easy access and the flexibility to adapt the spaces as needed.

Beautiful gardens, providing serene and natural environments for children to explore. Each playroom has its own dedicated garden area, and various mud kitchens.

Location and Travel

In the South West of England, is conveniently located on the outskirts of Bristol city centre, at the corner of Pembroke Road and Church Road.

We are situated next to St. Stephens Church and close to the Soundwell play area.

What You Will Be Doing
