Job summary

YMCA Black Country Group at Carters Green Day Nursery in West Bromwich is seeking a Full-Time Room Leader to cover a job share in the toddler room (2-3 years). You will help provide a warm, welcoming environment where children and families feel valued and supported.

You will lead the room daily, working with the Childcare Manager and Senior Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of care, with opportunities for CPD and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Providing and maintaining high quality education and care for children from birth to 5 years.
• Providing a warm and welcoming environment within the Nursery where young children and their families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support.
• Being part of the Nursery Senior Team you will provide leadership within the room on a daily basis. Setting a positive example to childcare practitioners, and working closely with the Childcare Manager and Senior Nursery Manager to ensure good practice.

Full-Time Room Leader to complete a job share within our toddler room (2-3years) based at the YMCA BCG Carters Green Day Nursery in West Bromwich.
